The owners of an established Chinese restaurant in Birmingham wanted a fresh new look for the outside of the building.
Some of the existing woodwork needed repairs before painting, and access to parts of the rear of the building was difficult.
With the restaurant open for evening service and during the day at weekends, the work also needed to fit around its operating hours.

What we did
IL Solutions carried out the external preparation, repairs and decoration over approximately four weeks.
The team repaired damaged woodwork before repainting it black, and finished the exterior walls in exterior-grade off-white paint. Careful preparation and attention to detail helped achieve a clean, consistent result.

The restaurant exterior was given a fresh, smart appearance, with repaired woodwork and clean, contrasting finishes.
Scheduling work outside opening hours ensured business was not disrupted.
