Two existing water heaters at a secondary school in Birmingham had become increasingly unreliable. One was leaking, while the second was operating intermittently, resulting in frequent maintenance call-outs.
Rather than keep repairing ageing equipment, the client appointed IL Solutions to replace both units and upgrade the associated system.

What we did
IL Solutions removed the existing equipment and installed two new Andrews commercial water heaters, together with new pipework and associated BMS works.
The replacement units provided increased output from a more compact footprint and were integrated with the school's building management system.
Completed out of hours over three days, the installation did not disrupt normal school operations.
The Result
The school now has a new, reliable hot water system, replacing equipment that previously required frequent maintenance attention.
With the work completed outside school hours, the replacement was delivered with no operational downtime.
